A Deevo/Divo (Oil Lamp)

DESCRIPTION
In this slideshow, you will see:
A Deevo/Divo (an oil lamp) is in many senses the quiet but "always there" heart and soul of Roshni Rustomji-Kerns's home. The figure of Zarathustra is carved on this side of the divo. Decorative designs are carved on this side of the divo. The atash (fire) is carved on this side of the divo. Roshni shared that this is a gift from either Anahita Sidhwa or her sister, Nazneen Spliedt (Roshni's cousins).
