The 24th broadcast of The Chutney Bubble Tea Half Hour takes a critical look at the political response of Asian Americans to a series of racist T-shirts produced by popular outfitter Abercrombie & Fitch. Joined by Rice University student activist Stephen Chao, organizer of a Houston storefront protest, the show discusses the widespread and local fights against A&F as well as the meaning of anti-racism in Asian American politics of the time.
