DESCRIPTION
The November 1927 edition of the The United States of India (Vol. 5, No. 5) opens with an obituary for Maulvi Barkatullah, a prominent Gadar activist who died on September 12, 1927 in San Francisco. The issue features the following articles and headlines: "Hindus in China," "Saklatwalla Again," "Indians in South Africa," "Ban on the World League Against Imperialism," "'Mother India' -- A Cowardly Stab," "Maulana Has Come and Gone" by Anjup S.
